Taimak has studied Chinese Goju under martial arts legend and fight choreographer Ron Van Clief, and has also worked with Goju-Ryu, Jeet Kune Do, Tae Kwon Do, Wing Chun, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Hapkido. In the years that followed Taimak appeared in Janet Jackson’s “Let’s Wait Awhile” music video, on TV shows like A DIFFERENT WORLD and BEVERLY HILLS 90210, and movies like NO MORE DIRTY DEALS and THEY’RE JUST MY FRIENDS.
